I just love it when those beautiful cherries are back in season and I’m probably the first one to grab a bag full when I get the chance. They are lovely as a snack and do so well in cakes and dessert. However, today we decided to make a vibrant dark red healthy juice with cherries, combining them with red beets and a couple of carrots. A great combination and this nutrition-packed Cherry-Beets Juice will jumpstart your Monday morning!
List of Ingredients:
- 2 handful of Cherries (without pits)
- 2 Red Beets (pre-cooked)
- 2 medium-sized Carrots
- Optional: Ice cubes
Tip: To save time in the morning, remove the cherry pits the day before and keep them in the fridge!
Tip: If you don’t have carrots at home, you can also use celery.
