Kefir is my go-to drink to get that probiotics fix nowadays and as I have been drinking it regularly this past month, I really feel it benefits my system and it doesn’t leave me feeling bloated, which is a big plus. I often drink kefir au naturel, but it’s also a great addition to a smoothie.
