We are making the most of the Kaki/Persimon fruit, while it’s in season and so why not incorporate this deliciously sweet fruit in a nice Kaki-Kale Smoothie? It’s especially perfect when your kaki fruit is just over that nice firm stage and makes it even better to mix in your blender. Also, kale is back in town, so we have a bag of frozen kale in our freezer to quickly get a couple of handfuls for instant nutrition. Simple as that!
