“By all these lovely tokens September days are here, With summer’s best of weather And autumn’s best of cheer.” – Helen Hunt Jackson
We try to enjoy the fruits in season as long as possible, and since we are slowly moving towards autumn, we want to give you as much ideas using summer fruits as we can.
A lot of people add a squeeze of lemon in hot or cold water, but let’s make a fruity water and combine some lime wedges and raspberries. It’s a different take on the ol’ lemon and will get you through the mid-week slump at the same time making sure you get those 2 L’s of daily hydration. So, we present you the Lime Raspberry Fruitwater!
List of Ingredients:
– 2 wedges of Lime
– 5 Raspberries
– 1 cup of Water
How to prepare:
Put the wedges and raspberries in a glass. Add still or sparkling water, give it a stir and store it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to get a nice cold Lime Raspberry Fruitwater.
Tip: You can also use frozen raspberries to get your drink chilled even faster
