Nuts are literally my day to day life savers. I always keep a small container with almonds in my bag for times when there isn’t a healthy snack insight. Cashew nuts are the substantial ingredients of my favorite granola bars and walnuts are generously added to my morning cereal or oatmeal. As you can see, I devour nuts as they are a good addition to any healthy diet due to their nutrition and they have incredible flavor. It’s advised to have a small handful of nuts every day . So let us highlight a couple of types of nuts we often use in this Product Highlight about Nuts!


In general, nuts contain fats and are relatively high in calories, but adding walnuts to your diet can help you to maintain your ideal weight over time or helps anyone who is trying to reduce weight. One of the factors is that it provides you with a ton of vitamins and minerals and walnuts keep you feeling full for a longer period of time


Almonds are lowest in calories among the nuts, rank number one in calcium content and pack a substantial amount of protein as well as fiber They have the same protective flavanoid activity as broccoli and green tea!


Peanuts are technically not really nuts, but instead belong to the legume family. However, we wanted them to be in this list, since they are often used in every day products such as granola and nut bars. Peanuts are a good source of vitamins, minerals and resveratrol, which is an antioxidant phytochemical linked to good heart health

Despite their important health benefits, peanut allergy is one of the most common, especially concerning children and for some people peanuts can be deadly


Cashews are considered nuts, but are actually seeds which grow out of apples. They are related to pistachios, mangos and even poison ivy.

Enzymes in the cashew called tyrosinase convert to the pigment melanin and protects our skin from UV damage. The amount of magnesium works with copper to provide bone strength, and when it teams up with melanin it provies our bodies with good joint flexibility.

These four types are nuts are just a small selection of the multitude of nuts available around the world. Nuts are so high in nutrition and flavor that if you’re not prone to nut allergies, it’s a great idea to add them to your diet.
