For most the summer holidays are over and it’s back to business! It’s just incredible how time flies when you are in relaxation mode and how quickly it feels like a distant memory when you’re back at work. Hopefully you were able to charge that battery of yours, but it’s important to keep that energetic vibe going, especially when you planner is filling up and that pile of work on your desk looks like it will never disappear.
To not immediately long for another vacation, try to keep up a good diet with lots of fruits and vegetables. Your body will appreciate it, making it easier to get back to its normal routine, but eating right will also make you able to better cope with stress. So make the most out of the lovely fruits that are at their best for another couple of weeks! Stone fruits and citrus often make a good combination and maca powder will give you that extra energy to keep you going during those long days at the office.

The Orange Galore Smoothie Song: La Roux – Sexotheque
La Roux is an English synthpop act formed in 2006 by singer Elly Jackson and record producer Ben Langmaid. Their debut album La Roux back in 2009 was a critical and commercial success, winning a Grammy Award and you might know them from that hit single “Bulletproof”.
Trouble in Paradise is their new album, which was released last July and although Langmaid has worked on it, Langmaid and Jackson have parted ways leaving Jackson sole member. “Let Me Down Gently” was released as their first single with many more great tracks to come, such as Sexotheque of which we think is La Roux at its best.
