Monday, Juice Day! This week we give you a special OJ, our very own Power Juice! Carrot and orange juice are a nice, sweet combination. Aside the Vitamin C in oranges, did you know that:

Carrot

This vegetable has a high level of beta-carotene which acts as an antioxidant that protects our cells and even slows down the aging of cells. Vitamin A in carrots protects your skin from (sun) damage and helps hair and nails stay shiny and healthy.

Power Juice

Ginger

The powerful root improves the absorption of essential nutrients in the body.

So we got Vitamin C, a massive amount of antioxidants and then we give it just that little extra punch with some fresh ginger, which also makes it able to absorb all the nutrients from the juice! Is there any reason to not make this super juice?

List of Ingredients for Power Juice:
  • 2 Oranges (peeled)
  • 2 medium-sized Carrots
  • Small piece of Ginger (peeled)
