Razmataz Smoothie

The Razmataz Smoothie must be our first real summer smoothie of the year! It certainly feels like the summer has finally started. There are some delicious mangoes available again, which we think is one of our favorite summer fruits all time. Other than that, we added some tart raspberries and amaranth. We advice to cook amaranth in advance, which saves you time in the AM! So nutritious, but a delicious way to start the morning!

List of Ingredients:

  • ½ Mango
  • ½ cup Amaranth (cooked)
  • ½ cup frozen Raspberries
  • 1 Cup (Soy) Yoghurt
  • ½ cup Water or couple of Ice cubes
