Spring Cleaner

I thought they wouldn’t be in season just yet, but I found this really nice prunes the other day, which I have in my morning yoghurt nearly every day. Love the flavor and prunes are excellent if you would like to enhance your digestion, so we made up a new smoothie recipe to share with you! If you can’t get nice fresh ones yet, dried prunes work great too! Get your vitamins and fiber on with our Spring Cleaner Smoothie!

List of Ingredients:

  • 1 Prune OR 3 dried Prunes
  • ½ cup Yoghurt
  • ½ cup Water
  • 1 cup Andives
  • ½ tbsp Chia Seeds
  • ½ Avocado
