Ok, so it might not be the perfect weather here in the Netherlands. In fact, it’s raining. But, do we really need summer temperatures to eat ice cream? Well, we don’t! All we know is that it’s June, which is the first month of summer. And that’s enough reason for us to start making our own Strawberry Blackberry Yogurt Popsicles.
List of Ingredients:
– Soja Yogurt, natural and/or vanilla
Last year, we saw these cute ice pop makers at IKEA and bought them immediately. Somehow we didn’t get around to test them until now. And, after trying the Strawberry Blackberry Yogurt Popsicles, I know I will use these ice pop makers all summer long. I only wish they were a little bit larger so that I could add more fruits.
We only used three ingredients and it doesn’t take more than 10 minutes to fill the ice pop makers with the yogurt, strawberries, and blackberries. Since the ice pop makers are small, it’s best to cut the fruits into halves or quarters. In this way, you can layer the fruits more evenly.
Make your popsicles the night before and put them in the freezer. They will be ready the following morning (for the ones who crave ice cream for breakfast)!
